I know it's common as a recipe and we do not "want the art to do it, but this is how I do. I've just eaten tonight.
Ingredients for two
- a network of fresh clams
- 250 grams of spaghetti
- half a glass of white wine
- garlic olive oil, salt, parsley
- chili
Preparation Wash the clams and put them in a pot on the stove for ten minutes or the time it takes to open and cook. In the meantime, put a lot of oil in a saucepan with the garlic and parsley, chopped fry and add the clams previously boiled and cleaned. Sprinkle immediately with the wine and let evaporate. Add a little 'liquid of boiled clams. Cook until it withdraws all. Cook the spaghetti in salted water, previously put to boil, drain and toss with the clam sauce. Fresh parsley on the dishes!
