Huge Lump In My Throat And Nose

Today I did this "laboratory experiment" and I must say that this cake is really good to be redone.

Torta alla vaniglia variegata al cioccolato

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs 200 g sugar 100 g butter
  • 250 grams of flour
  • a cup of milk
  • a packet of yeast
  • a teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • three tablespoons of Nutella

Preparation Beat the eggs with the melted butter and sugar, then add the milk with the flour, baking powder and vanillin. The dough should not be too liquid, but solid enough so that then the chocolate will not fall too far. Grease a baking pan opening with a diameter of 25 cm (I even flour) and put the dough in the tin layer with a spoon. On the surface have three spoonfuls of Nutella and a fork to make streaks in the dough, trying not to press too hard not to get too fondo la cioccolata. Infornare nel forno caldo a 200° e cuocere per circa mezz’ora.
